1. Scope of Application

These Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) govern the provision of personal styling and image consulting services offered by:

Any booking of services implies full acceptance of these CGV by the client.

2. Description of Services

​

The services offered include personal styling, wardrobe consulting, image consulting, personal shopping, colour and silhouette analysis, events organisation and related advisory services.

​

The services are personalised and based on professional expertise. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or regulated professional advice.

​

3. Booking and Confirmation

​

Services are provided by appointment only.

​

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• The client agrees to the proposed service, and

• Payment or deposit (if required) has been received.

​

The service provider reserves the right to refuse a booking request without obligation to justify the decision.

​

4. Pricing

​

Prices are expressed in euros (€).

​

The applicable price is the one communicated to the client at the time of booking.

​

The service provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed bookings will remain subject to the agreed price.

​

5. Payment Terms

​

Payment may be required in full or partially (deposit) before the service is delivered.

Accepted payment methods are specified at the time of booking.

In case of late payment, services may be suspended or cancelled.

For professional clients, in accordance with French Commercial Code provisions, late payment penalties may apply.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

Client Cancellation

​

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email).

​

Unless otherwise agreed:

​

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: rescheduling possible.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment: the service may be considered due and non-refundable.

Service Provider Cancellation

​

In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the service provider reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.

​

No compensation shall be due beyond reimbursement of amounts already paid.

​

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Clients – Distance Booking)

​

If the service is booked remotely (online or by email), consumer clients may have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

​

However, if the service begins before the end of this withdrawal period at the client’s express request, the client waives this right once the service has been fully performed.

​

8. Client Responsibility

​

The client agrees to:

​

• Provide accurate information

• Attend appointments on time

• Respect professional boundaries

​

The quality of styling advice depends partly on the client’s cooperation and personal preferences.

​

9. Liability Limitation

​

The service provider undertakes to perform services with professionalism and due care.

​

However, the service provider shall not be held liable for:

​

• Personal interpretations or subjective satisfaction

• Decisions made by the client following the consultation

• Indirect or consequential damages

​

The liability of the service provider shall in any case be limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

​

10. Intellectual Property

​

All materials, documents, styling guides, visuals, and advice provided during the service remain the intellectual property of the service provider.

​

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

​

11. Data Protection

​

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

​

These CGV are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

If no agreement is reached, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
